Because the pole packages are considered oversized goods, we only ship to the UK, including the island. We do not currently deliver to other international locations. This is partly due to complicated, headache-inducing customs arrangements post-Brexit, and delivery costs for 7m poles in particular are prohibitively expensive outside the UK. Yes. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Please note that return postage costs are your responsibility. The item must be returned in its original condition, but once it’s returned all together, you will get a full refund.
We now only use one courier company. All shipments are tracked.
All poles are sent by Royal Mail/Parcelforce due to their reliability. They usually arrive within 24 hours.
While they are designed as water-fed poles for best results, they can also be used dry or with cleaning solutions if needed.
No. Each pole connects quickly and easily to standard ½-inch water connectors. We also sell replacement connectors if required.

We take the protection of our customers’ personal information seriously and handle customer data in accordance with UK data protection requirements.
The Paul’s Poles system can be used with ordinary tap water. However, if you live in a hard-water area, tap water contains dissolved minerals which can sometimes leave spots or streaks on the glass as the water dries.
For the best possible streak-free or spot-free finish, we recommend using purified or deionised (DI) water for the final rinse. This removes the minerals that would otherwise remain on the glass after the water evaporates.
You do not necessarily need an expensive professional window-cleaning purification system. For occasional domestic use, a small DI resin water filter or similar water-purification system can be connected between your water supply and the pole.
Another option is to wash the windows normally using tap water and the brush, then use purified water for the final rinse.
If you are using ordinary tap water, particularly in a hard-water area, we recommend using the supplied squeegee to remove the remaining water from the glass rather than allowing it to air-dry
