Because the pole packages are considered oversized goods, we only ship to the UK mainland. We do not currently deliver to other international locations. This is partly due to complicated, headache-inducing customs arrangements post-Brexit, and delivery costs for 7m poles in particular are prohibitively expensive outside the UK. Please note, we dont deliver to:
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man
- Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey)
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Republic of Ireland
- Any international destinations

The poles are manufactured with aluminium.
Yes. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Please note that return postage costs are your responsibility. The item must be returned in its original condition, but once it's returned all together, you will get a full refund.
We use two courier companies. All shipments are tracked.
1. Evri for the 3.6 & 4.6m poles. They usually take 48 hours, sometimes quicker.
2. The 7m Poles are sent by Parcelforce due to their length. They usually arrive within 24 hours.
While they are designed as water fed poles for best results, they can also be used dry or with cleaning solutions if needed.
No. Each pole connects quickly and easily to standard ½ inch water connectors. We also sell replacement connectors if required.
You get 4 essential accessories included with your purchase, but if you need any in the future, you can buy them separately.
